We may collect the following personal data:
- Name, email address, phone number and company name (via contact forms)
- Business and shipment information provided to us to arrange freight and customs services
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited (via analytics, if enabled)
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to:
- Respond to enquiries and provide quotes
- Arrange freight, customs clearance, warehousing and related services
- Submit declarations to HMRC and coordinate with Turkish customs on your behalf
- Comply with legal obligations under UK customs, trade and transport law
- Improve our website and services
4. Legal Basis
We process data on the basis of contractual necessity, legitimate interests, or legal obligation under UK GDPR (the UK General Data Protection Regulation as retained in UK law).
5. Data Retention
We retain customs and freight records for a minimum of 4 years as required by HMRC. General enquiry data is deleted after 12 months.
6. Third Parties
We share data with HMRC and Turkish customs authorities (via our partner customs brokers) as required for customs processing. We share necessary shipment information with carriers and warehouse partners involved in your shipment. We do not sell your data to third parties. We use Google reCAPTCHA (subject to Google's Privacy Policy) to protect our forms and Resend to deliver form submissions to our email.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request erasure (where legally permitted)
- Object to or restrict processing
- Lodge a complaint with the ICO (ico.org.uk)
